Tracking is provided for all shipments, except those via USPS in which case delivery confirmation is available. If you do not receive your item within 10 days of receiving your shipment notification email, please contact us. If the item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We suggest that you immediately open your package after it arrives. There is a set time frame that shippers will accept claims for lost or damaged items. Beyond this time frame, there is nothing we can do.
If you have recently moved, please verify that your Paypal address is current. If the package is returned because of a wrong address, there will be two additional shipping charges – one for returning to sender and the second for reshipping the item.
PO and APO shipments may incur an additional charge. The amount depends on the item and your location.
